We have three pre-made cut list options available. All three options are available as quarters, halves or whole beef. We've saved you the time and effort of filling out a cut list to make your beef ordering experience that much easier!
We would be happy to personally go over your cut list for your next bulk order so that it is customized to your liking! When you opt to fully customize your bulk order, we will connect with you one-on-one to ensure you'll be happy with your order. Additional charges may apply for this service.
We ensure that each animal has reached the “finished stage”. This means that the animal was mature enough, had enough time to put on adequate weight, and was able to build marbling for premium quality tender beef!
Processing is completed at Peel Meat Packers INC in Drayton, ON, a provincially inspected facility. This is also where our beef is graded.
Butchering is completed by Yungblut Meats in Tavistock, ON, a well-known local butcher since 1982.
Beef is hung for 2 weeks (14 days) at Peel Meat Packers INC before being taken to Yungblut Meats where it is cut and wrapped.
Butchering/packaging fees are included for regular butcher paper. If you would like your beef vacuum sealed, the price is 50 cents extra per package.
Local delivery to Perth County is also included in the price!
After the nonrefundable deposit has been received, an invoice for the remaining amount will be emailed to you once we have received the hanging weight from the processor. Payment is due upon delivery. Payment is accepted as cash, cheque made payable to JC Cattle Company or e-transfer to jccattlecompany@yahoo.com.

Think of it like wholesale membership shopping: you save money buying our beef in bulk just like you would at a Wholesale Club or Costco.
Wholes, halves and quarters are priced based on a hanging carcass weight. The hanging weight is the weight of the carcass before it is processed into individual cuts. After cutting and wrapping, an average beef carcass will yield approximately 60-65% in bone-in cuts. The total weight of your beef cuts will depend a lot on the cutting instructions that you provide to the butcher.
We have estimated weights and amounts listed below. Please keep in mind that every animal will have a unique weight and your cutting instructions will impact how much beef you get.
Fill in an order form below, and we will get back to you as soon as we can to let you know when your order will be ready!
